Senior Secretary to HR Department – UAE

The senior secretary gives a full secretarial support to the HR Officer. This includes:
Plan and organize HR officer work schedule to maximize their use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings to ensure that their day runs smoothly and they have achieved all they have planned to.
Ensure that the production of typing, including Board Reports, photocopying and faxing are accurately presented in a professional style and are in line with company procedures

Preparation of Powerpoint presentations

Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format

Manage and maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis; so all files are kept up to date and can easily be accessed by HR officer.

Collate company information as required eg. sickness records, holiday records etc. health and safety records.

As the HR Department’s contact, responsible for:-

·       Ensuring file copies of the Divisional Personnel Manual are updated when new information comes from the HR Department.

·       Providing company management with appropriate HR forms as required.

·       Entering applicant and employee details in the Human Resources Computerized System and ensuring all data is up to date, e.g. with change of addresses, change of personal details, sickness records, etc.

·       HR administration duties include sending correct paperwork for starters and leavers to HR, issuing annual holiday forms to all employees in the Company.

Responsible for all office administration, administration staff and office maintenance.

Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s needs.

At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

Decision Making Authority:

Referring HR matters to the Human Resources department, as appropriate

Job Description

Indoor Vinyl Applicator – UAE

Job Description

Prepare surfaces (‘substrates’) before applying vinyl.

Apply vinyl sheets to a variety of surfaces, which typically include rigid plastics and vehicle bodies.

Use different application techniques depending on the job – ‘wet’ for transparent surfaces such as glass and acrylic sheet where graphics are seen from both sides, ‘dry’ for other surfaces.

Remove vinyl films from surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-      Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

-      Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company.

-      Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
